Description:
A clump forming perennial with bright yellow leaves that have a green edge.
Flower:
Creamy white flowers on tall spikes during summer.

Growing Conditions:
Prefers a hot and sunny spot and doesn’t mind if the soil is poor. It will grow well in rich, fertile soil but needs good drainage.
Care:
This plant is quite tough. It doesn’t like to be over watered but does need a deep drink occasionally. You can trim off older leaves for appearance as the new season brings fresh new leaves.
Uses:
· Perfect container plant.
· Excellent contrast plant, the bright yellow stands out well with purple, reds and blues.
· Garden feature or accent plant.
Comment:
Yucca ‘Garland Gold’ fits in with many different planting styles and themes. Use it as contrast with native grasses and groundcover Coprosmas or in a flowering garden with purples such as Penstemon, Campanula and Verbena. Team it up with other yellows such as Coleonema ‘Sunset Gold’ and the fleshy succulent Sedum mexicana.
