Lithodora diffusa 'Grace Ward'

Description

Common Name:

Previous known as Lithospermum ‘Grace Ward’

Description:

A low growing, dense, groundcover with dark green leaves.

Flower:

Masses of small, rich blue flowers throughout spring.

Size:

10cm x 1m

Growing Conditions:

Prefers a warm and sunny location but is tolerate of poor soil quality.

Care:

Prune for size if needed. Likes a deep watering during dry spells.

Uses:

·         Perfect colourful groundcover, acts as a neat weed suppressor.

·         Will spill nicely over walls and down banks.

·         Use at the front of a colourful planting.

Comments:

Stunning colour makes a great contrast against silver foliaged plants or with other blue flowering shrubs. Blues work well with most other colours on the colour wheel.
