Cranberry and Pecan Cookies

½ cup butter, softened                                                    

1 cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar                                                        

 ¼ cup milk
2 Tablespoons orange juice concentrate
1 egg
3 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
2 ½ cups cranberries, coarsely chopped
1 cup chopped pecans

 
Instructions:

In a medium bowl mix together the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add milk, orange juice concentrate and the egg, blending well. Mix in dry ingredients, cranberries and nuts.

Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes, or until done.

Cool on a wire rack.
